The service

Crawlink Calendar is appointment and booking software provided by Crawlink. Using it means accepting these terms.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens under your account. An organization's owner is responsible for who they invite into it and what those people do.

Your data

The content you put into an organization is yours. We store and process it to run the service and for nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train anything.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, or to attempt to reach another organization's data. Accounts doing any of these may be suspended.

Plans and payment

Free plans are limited by the numbers shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed for the period stated at the time of purchase. Limits are enforced when you create things, never retroactively — going over a limit never deletes anything you already have.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Google Calendar synchronisation depends on Google's own availability; a booking taken here is always recorded here first, whether or not Google can be reached at that moment.

Ending it

You may close your organization at any time from the settings. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Either way, you can download your data first.

Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
